Particularly in emergency situations, disorganized paperwork not only impairs command efficiency but also risks exposing sensitive military information. Consequently, the unit decided to upgrade and modernize its command boxes, with the top priority being the custom design of an upper‑cover document pouch tailored to real‑world operational needs.

    During the requirements analysis phase, the project team conducted in-depth field research and gathered feedback from service members, thereby identifying the following key requirements:

    1. Classified Storage: The document folder should have multiple compartments to facilitate the organized storage of different types of documents.

    2. Quick access: The design should enable the commander to quickly locate the required documents in emergency situations.

    3. Confidentiality: It employs anti‑peeking material and a locking mechanism to ensure the security of your documents.

    III. Production, Manufacturing, and Testing & Validation

    Once the design scheme was finalized, the project entered the production and manufacturing phase. To ensure product quality, the manufacturing process adhered rigorously to military standards, with quality control implemented at every stage. Upon completion, multiple rounds of testing were conducted, including waterproofing tests, abrasion resistance tests, confidentiality assessments, and live‑fire simulation trials, thereby confirming that all performance characteristics of the document pouch met the design specifications.

    Following a series of rigorous tests and validations, the custom‑made document pouch was officially put into service with the military.
