The armored shield rotomolding box uses high-quality LLDPE linear low-density polyethylene pellets. Armored shield rolling plastic box not only uses solid materials, but also has advanced production technology in the industry. It can achieve anti-fall, wear resistance, shock absorption, waterproof, etc., and is widely used in instruments, meters, fire protection, electronics, communications, aviation, Chemical industry, exploration, scientific research, medical treatment, transportation, photography and other fields.
The structure of the rotomolding protective box is an upper cover structure. A single box body is composed of a box body, a box cover, and accessories (lock, hinge, handle, vent valve, rubber sealing ring), etc.
The cover and the box body are connected by metal hinges, and the self-locking buckle is locked. It can realize manual handling, combined stacking and other functions, and has excellent performance such as serialization, high degree of standardization, good environmental applicability, good protection reliability, and recyclable use.
Metal accessories such as buckles, hinges, rivets, handles, etc. are all made of 304 stainless steel, and the inner lining is made of environmentally friendly EVA, which is foamed from a polyolefin and Huang plastic. It does not contain any toxic and harmful substances to the human body. Flexible, light, good density and elastic, can be used as a buffer material to protect products, better absorb and disperse external impacts, and effectively protect equipment in the box.
The regular colors of armor shield are black, army green, orange and flame blue, which meet the requirements of GB/T 3181-2008 "paint film color standard" and the same batch of products are consistent in color.

1. Surface: The color of the box is Pantone 165C fire orange. The box body shall be matte and non-reflective surface, and printed characters shall be provided on the box body as required by Party A; 2. Structure: It adopts an upper cover structure and consists of two parts: a box body and a box cover. The box body is equipped with accessories such as handles, buckles, hinges, reflective stickers, and lighting lamps in the box; 3. There are stainless steel handles on both sides, which makes it more convenient to lift the box; a single handle bears more than 60kg; 4. Partition plate is designed and installed in the box: the material is: aluminum alloy plate ≥ 3mm is used in the middle, EVA shock absorption layer ≥ 20mm is pasted on both sides as partition slot, the horizontal and vertical directions can be changed by various grid combinations, and the grid size can be freely adjusted according to customer requirements. The inside of the box cover is pasted with PU material wavy, the inside of the box is surrounded by ≥ 3mm EVA slot sponge, and the bottom is ≥ 15mmEPE black gray pearl sponge. Each box is equipped with at least 3 movable EPE black-gray pearl sponges according to the required size; 5. One-time forming rib design, multi-box multi-layer stacking will not slip off; 6. The side and corner parts of the box are strengthened and thickened to ensure that the box is not deformed and provide additional impact protection to the box. The internal structure is compact and easy to install and place internal equipment; 7, the box has good sealing, can prevent rain seepage, can prevent salt spray corrosion in coastal areas; 8. It has good anti-vibration and impact resistance, meets the requirements of highway, railway, waterway and air transportation, can withstand normal vibration and impact on the way, and protects the equipment from damage; 9. The product has passed the IP65 waterproof and dustproof grade test; Provide relevant test reports issued by third-party testing agencies and affix the supplier's fresh seal; 10. Drop test: 14kg articles, 640mm height, all-round free drop of angular surface ≥ 20 times; Provide relevant inspection reports issued by third-party inspection agencies and affix the supplier's fresh seal; 11.
