1. The box material is hard
In order to effectively implement the parachute-free airdrop, the first consideration should be to accurately and safely put the equipment and materials into the predetermined area to ensure that the airdropped materials are in good condition and available. At the moment of landing, the airdrop box needs to bear a large impact load, which puts forward higher requirements for the parachute-free airdrop packaging materials. Its strength, shock absorption and cushioning performance, impact resistance, working environment, temperature adaptability and so on are the key parameters. Therefore, new materials with corrosion resistance, high and low temperature resistance, waterproof and moisture-proof, light weight, strong rigidity and good toughness should be selected. 2. Reasonable box structure
The airdrop box body is in the form of a separate and combined structure. Several sides are equipped with stainless steel locks. The locks have high strength, simple structure and convenient and quick operation. The locking and separation operations can be completed with one hand. During delivery, the airdrop box body is supported by disposable high-strength polyester fiber belts, which are bound and locked to ensure firm locking of the box body and facilitate repeated use of the umbrella-free airdrop system. The upper top and lower bottom of the airdrop box body are respectively designed with convex and groove structures to ensure stable stacking, while strengthening the strength of the box body and enhancing the compression resistance and load-bearing capacity of the airdrop box body. Trustworthy airdrop box structure is more reasonable.
3. Strong impact resistance
In the process of airdrop without umbrella, when the airdrop box falls to the ground, it will be greatly impacted. Whether the airdrop box can withstand such a large impact is a key factor in the feasibility of the parachute-free airdrop method. After the packing is completed, the airdrop will be carried out by helicopter. After all materials are airdropped, the rear operators will update the airdrop task as "delivered" through the background information management system and notify the demand point to start receiving. This also shows that the impact resistance of the airdrop box is better. A reliable airdrop box is inseparable from its impact resistance.
